I am 79 years old still running.I agree in training on dirt,gravel. That is where i have been doing my training for years. I only put my feet on the road asphalt only when i race. I do not have any problems with my legs at all. In all these years i have never had an injury. If i need to do fast work,i do it on a normal Cork track that we have here in Italy Ciao from Italy

Her new husband is the luckiest man in the world! Interesting how videos of other NN runners always show them training with a large group and yet Letesenbet seems to be a “lone wolf”. Here we see her running with her younger sister. - Letesenbet split with her long time coach last year so who is coaching her now? Which male pacers does she train with currently? - Her male training partner of last year is back in Kenya seemingly unwanted, and her pacers prior to him are now refugees in The Netherlands…..

Outstanding video from NN Running Team. Beautiful locations in East Africa to train. The one location that really gets me is the track in Uganda 🇺🇬 located at 2600 meters altitude, and the session was 14 x 1000 meters.......brutal session at any altitude!

Such beautiful training landscapes

Kenya 🇰🇪 and Ethiopia 🇪🇹 should be ashamed. They are power house of short middle and long distance runners but they don't have a good track for training. That Uganda 🇺🇬 track looks better. Kenya 🇰🇪, Uganda 🇺🇬 and Ethiopia 🇪🇹 need to do something on training equipments. Competition is becoming tougher.

Another great informative video of how the best runners train in their countries. Uganda is really up there with their track at 2600n 😮
